Okay, you looking to make some great sweat equity? This place is a mess and needs a lot of work, but it is a great location for this town. It sits on a corner of one of the main streets in this small farming town on the Colorado River. The owner tells me this is a redevelopment area and that one can get 50% of the outside improvements - and there is a lot to do here - paid for by the redevelopment program.
It looks like this restaurant was an A&W drive-up restaurant with a large steel awning where car can park out of the hot sun while dining...I don't think another restaurant in the area has such an awning....perfect spot for a Sonic for example.
But this place needs work folks. Make no mistake about it. Bring your tool box and imagination and turn this into a gold mined for yourself. Or fix it up and flip it or rent it out, the city will help pay for some of the exterior improvements!
