In A world dominated by Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Seattles Best it is a refreshing departure to find a coffe house that stands apart from the corporate giants. This coffee house offers a broad range of sandwiches, smoothies, ice cream, coffee drinks , desserts , salads , panini all adjacent to a high volume movie theater, court house, law school and university. When a new movie is released, it is virtually standing room only with overnight crowds at major openings
Formally part of a franchise group, it is now an stand alone coffee house business but was able to keep the trade name, URL, and phone numbers when the franchisor abandoned the concept. The current owner is part time in the business and states that business should easily double with an operator whom dedicated their time and engery entirely to the business.
The movie traffic is only a partial driver with most business coming from local office complexs and the neighboring courhouse, with the majority being repeat business. As with all my listings, I try a little of everything and can attest to the quality of the coffee drinks, smoothies and boba as being absolutely excellent. The venue is light and airy and a comfortable place to have a latte or read a book.
