The Roseville area is a well-to-do area and most of the customers of this business are professional white collar people. Roseville has some of the highest per capita household income in the Sacramento area. The business is located in the entertainment district where the future looks brighter every year.
The landlord will do a new lease for you for 5 years with a 5 year option. He tells me bring him a great operator and he'll work out a great deal for him/her.
