This is a very well established full-service turnkey family style restaurant with real estate.
Current owners have done a great job of marketing the business to the local and surrounding communities. It has become a regular gathering spot for the community and usually has a long waiting list on weekends. Growth/Expansion: This restaurant currently does not have a liquor license and sales could increase substantially with a license.
Support/Training: Current owners will stay on for an agreed upon amount of time.
Reason Selling: Owners have plans to join the Peace Corps.
